Yeah. Basically, I am creating my own version of Pokemon Sappire by hacking an exsisting ROM, egads.

Essentially, I dont think I can do this by myself, because for one I fail at sprite editing, so first and foremost, Im looking for a sprite artist.

Just post here to apply and maybe give me an example of some of your work, I may hire more than one if there are tons of you awesome folk out there.

Secondly, I could do with someone thats awesome at shifting around the events and whatnot, as well as someone pro with hex, for editing the Pokemons names and such (The program I have thats designed to edit their names completely fails and messes the whole ROM up).

So yeah, any takers?

I think Quartz (lol, Quartz + Pokémon hax) can do some sprite work but iono. I can only do real basics in that department. (Like take pieces from other sprites and combine 'em.)

I'd probably need a guide to the hex then maybe I could help, but TBH I don't really think I have the time to do it. What with school and all.

Anyway, I think I can help with most things seeing as how I get awesome grades at school with little effort meaning I have a lot of free time. I can do spriting and whatnot as well as design scripts, plot, some naming, and etc. You better thank me for proving EVERY material for hacking you have <_<

Hm...  I've dabbled a bit in the RSE style.  Scratch isn't my specialty, but I can do well enough to at least not disgrace myself.  I'll make an example when I get some time.  And I'm curious with who's gonna come up with the monster concepts.  Also, I don't know what colors I'm restricted to, so if anyone can give me a color palette, or at least a general range of the colors as stated by 0-255s, that'll help.

Also, SkyLights should be able to help with spriting as well.

Ok, since Ive let people play this, here are the things Im already aware of that need fixing:

- Some Pokemon have a 50% chance of not having a special ability
- HMs can still be taught to Pokemon as if they were the old ones (IE Tricilynx can learn all 3 water HMs)
- Dewfords Gym has the collision of the old layout (Its still beatable tho)
- Trainers have Mightyena on levels it would not have evolved at
- Certain Pokemon have no moves below a certain level, but should.
- Certain Pokemon try to learn a move entitled " ", which crashes the game.
- Odd item in Dewford Gym statue
- Unsurfable water outside Ever Grande City (Elite 4)
